Rent is $700 per month, plus your share of utilities (total utilities divided 4 ways). Open floor plan. Home has access to gated community pool. Ideal location: a few minutes from South Mountain and its many trails. Home is a short drive to the airport, downtown Phoenix, Tempe or Scottsdale.
I (the homeowner) live in the master bedroom; 2 other tenants live in the other 2 rooms in the home. I am a young professional who maintains a peaceful, respectful, environment. The other 2 tenants are the same way. I maintain the home's cleanliness & all yardwork. I have 2 cats; I am not looking to have other pets in the home.
For potential tenants, I am requiring a credit/background check to be completed ($29) cost to you. Please be able to provide proof of income, as well as a renter’s insurance policy. I am looking to have a tenant sign a 6 month lease to start, with the possibility of going month to month afterwards. Room requires a $650 refundable security deposit.
