Looking for a female roommate to share a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. Around 40th st. and Oak 85008. Close to down town. I'm a 65 year old male i work all day and must weekends. I have 1 dog that's outside 80 % or the time. I'm not looking for someone to take care of me, and I'm not looking to take care of any one also. You must have a job to pay your bills. You have to supply your own food and bath room supplys. This rental is intended for 1 person but occasional over night guests are welcome. What i mean by that is they can't be staying all week long and leave for a day and there back again. Me and my ex gf are separating after 6 years so not sure what furniture she is taking but i will replace whats needed for the common area. your bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with a very comfortable mattress and dresser. will have internet right now its in her name so i will deal with that also. She is moving out the weekend of the 9th and 10th. Rent is $650.00 a month utilities are included and a 100.00 deposit. Most be very clean and help clean the common areas. clean up the kitchen when you get done doing your thing.
