I will do my best to list everything you could want to know below.
I am 2nd owner. I bought from original owner in 2022
It had 16,084 when I bought it, it now has 16260. The miles are mainly just taking it to smog test yearly and also the occasional driving it to my shop in Phoenix for me to work on it.
It has just been smogged and is ready to transfer..
The Basics...
Monaco exclusive 8 bag air ride suspension system. Best driving diesel pusher ive ever owned.
Air Brakes
Air horns
On board air hose connection at generator compartment for air hose.
6 speed Allison trans
Cummins 8.3 diesel (Pre Def) (Dont even hear this motor back there compared to those obnoxiously noisy gasser front engine RV's.
Onan quiet diesel 8000 watt generator, (runs off the coach diesel fuel tank, no need to fill separately)
10K hitch
The Nitty gritty....
We have not used this RV yet but I have personally done the following to it to prepare it for use. (35 years as a processional diesel mechanic)
Documentation provided upon request.
Have replaced the following.
1) 1784XD Oil Filter
1) 3604 Fuel water separator
1) 3697 secondary fuel filter
1) 1487 power steering filter
20) quarts Rotella T 15W40 oil
1) 6664 Air filter
1) 4374 Air brake system filter
105) feet #4 new hydraulic hose for slide out hydraulic cylinders.
8) Eaton Weatherhead crimp fittings for all new hydraulic hoses
1) Napa 1064 Onan Diesel generator oil filter
1) 149-2513 Onan diesel generator fuel filter
3) Quarts Rotella T 15W40 oil
2) gallons Onan coolant for coolant flush
1) New step motor for power entry step
1) New entry awning electric motor
12) foot new main awning connector strip
2) new master disconnects for batteries.
2) Air conditioner grid and filter replacement kits
18) LED conversion tubes to replace all fluorescent tubes.
8) new LED upgrade 2” flush mount lights
5) multiple miscellaneous other interior led bulbs
1) Toilet Valve
4) 6V deep cycle GC2-ECL-Interstate house batteries
6) Hankook AH37 275/70R/22.5 Tires
2) Interstate 31-MHD starting batteries
1) brand new entire cooling unit for fridge. The old one was determined to be fire prone as safety update was never done so I purchased an entirely new updated unit so it’s basically a brand new fridge with just the styrofoam shell and doors being original. (Expensive job)
Also, for those who will ask why I did not just simply put in a Best Buy residential fridge. I did debate that before purchasing the cooling unit but in the end I decided the rv fridge was the way to go for our needs..
3) slide out topper material for all 3 slides. (NOT YET INSTALLED but included).
That is just the PARTS list, I’ve done a lot more work to this coach not mentioned above.
Things still needed
Roof Dicor sealant replaced as it’s all dry cracked. Already bought 2) tubes of dicor but probably need a few more. Have not done yet as it’s not stored outside in rain.
Also need those 3 slide toppers installed. (easy job)
Paint isn’t great. Original owner stored the RV in backyard with rear facing south so back of RV is faded. I have stored under shade at I-10 RV off wild horse pass and I-10 since I purchased.
Clean title in hand
Selling because I’m building a house and could use more cash.
Everything works and all work performed was done as an owner (ME), not a shop that just wants to slap things out the door.
Is this the cleanest, shiniest most freshly detailed and waxed coach for the money? Probably not.
Is it the most mechanically sound, most recently serviced and lowest miles coach for the money? Absolutely!
If this sounds like something you can appreciate, send me an email and we can meet so you can look at it in person.
