7.4L 454cu GM V8, fuel injection, 4 speed automatic, 43k miles, 25 footer, clean low wear interior
6 tires in excellent condition, good windshield, all glass good, windows slide fine, clean carpet
Full size bed, dining table converts to bed, fresh water tank and grey water tank, propane tank
Refrigerator, gas stove, 220V A/C, propane heater, bathroom with sink and shower, kitchen sink
Owned it for 2 yrs, parked at house for guests as extra space during winter months, never camped in
Never used appliances, electric, gas, or water features, they may or may not work, no guarantee!
Coolant leaks once driven some distance, will run hot in summer traffic, suspect radiator or water pump
Engine is strong, no coolant in oil, transmission shifts well, did Denver to Phoenix Sept 2024 fine
Not registered or emissioned, located in storage facility, No Test Drives, can start it, drives fine
Has fresh gas, last driven May 2026 about 60 miles, it's 30 years old, not perfect, will need service
I have shown it to many different people, with the right expectations, this is a good deal for someone
Note: there is no generator...you can buy one at harbor freight, there is a space for it on the RV
Asking price is reasonable, this is not ready to drive on camping adventures, it can be used locally
If you want a cross country travel rig, you will need to make improvements and spend some money
