She’s not much to look at but she’s got personality.
Positives:
Straight frame, pulls straight.
Clean title.
Tires have a lot of life left.
A/C works.
Heater works with a fairly new blower motor.
Lots of storage space.
Nice fridge.
Two gray water tanks, one black water tank. All in good condition.
Pop out works. (Only on battery power by design.)
Bathroom fart fan works.
Shower works. (3 gallon water heater, be quick!)
Front skirt, A/C cover, tire covers and propane tanks go with her.
Negatives:
She’s 30 years old. Technically, she’s a Millenial.
Stove works, oven does not.
Toilet leaks on and off at the floor. (It did when I got her, It didn’t after I fixed it for a while. I’m not a plumber.)
Missing some marker lights.
Awning works but spring gave up this summer. Rolls up manually just fine.
Kitchen grey water tank needs new clean out pipe. (I think the old one is in New Mexico.)
Will need some plywood floor replacement from water damage. (Leaks repaired.)
She is NOT for your wife if she carries a puppy in a purse and wears Juicy pink sweat pants on camping trips.
She is definitely livable and if you’re handy, a solid choice for off grid living. (Been there. Done that.)
She would be good for hunters. Double bed and could put cots in the pop out. No one would be upset about the mud in the 90’s blue carpet.
Shown by appointment only as she is stored on a friend's property.
Willing to deliver with an additional charge negotiated at sale.
Please keep any negative opinions to yourself. I’ve got enough on my plate. Thanks!
