The trailer is 1 owner and used very little the past 10 year. It's in great shape , very clean, no damage and everything works as it should.

4 inch lift kit gives it great ground clearance
two propane tanks, newer Costco marine battery
rear haul platform and 2 mounted spare tires
full size roll out canopy in good shape
fully self contained with full bathroom including new toilet, small tub/shower

queen fold out bed in front, double foldout bed in back
all upholstery is good on beds and dinette benches. No tears or stains
All of the canvas, zippers, windows, screens are in good condition
3 burner stove and oven work as they should
outside stove (can remove for travel)

AM/FM stereo with CD player

Roof top AC with new cover, full gas heater with front/rear vents
Roof recently recoated with white silicon elastomeric

This trailer is very versatile and in great shape. We used it for years raising kids and grandkids but very little over the past 10 years.
