Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Response Prol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed officer a prominent financial institution locion, where you will monitor and prol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communicion and customer service. In this role, you will respond to security-reled concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork while delivering a caring, people-first experience.

Pay Re: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Wh You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities a financial services locion.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and communicing with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random prols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Serve in an armed post while following all Allied Universal protocols, post orders, and applicable laws reled to the handling, inspection, and reporting of assigned equipment.
• Monitor access activity and verify credentials for restricted areas, helping to control entry and support the protection of personnel, property, and/or sensitive financial operions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Armed Guard Card/License required.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
