Position: Overnight Security Guard (Unarmed)
Locations: Phoenix, AZ (Two sites: I-17 & Thunderbird Rd / 43rd Ave & Buckeye Rd)
Shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour overnight shifts)
Position Type: Full-Time / Immediate Openings (Hiring 4+ Guards)
Job Overview: We are looking for (4) reliable, observant, and assertive overnight security guards to monitor and protect two large commercial properties in Phoenix. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong visual presence, patrolling the perimeter, and preventing trespassing and unauthorized activity at night.
Key Responsibilities: Patrol large properties on foot and by vehicle during night hours. Secure all entry points, gates, and perimeters. Detour, confront, and firmly ward off trespassers and loiterers. Maintain a professional, authoritative, and confident demeanor. Document and report any suspicious activity or property damage.
Requirements:
Reliable Transport: Must possess your own personal vehicle to commute between or patrol areas.
Assertive Nature: Comfortable confronting unhoused individuals or trespassers to remove them from the property.
Availability: Able to work consistent 12-hour overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM).
Alertness: High level of situational awareness throughout a full night shift.
Eligibility: Must legally be allowed to work in the United States and pass a background check.
