Competitive Salary: $60,000 - 65,000 / year
Work Site Locion: Scottsdale, AZ
Set Schedule: This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities
Overseeing a team of officers, develop schedules, conduct performance reviews, and address employee concerns.
Oversee daily security operions, including prols, access control, and incident response. Monitor the surveillance system and respond to alarms. Conduct investigions and enforce policy and procedure.
Build and maintain strong relionships with clients and staff. Address client concerns and implement solutions. Collabore with other departments to ensure seamless operions.
Develop and implement emergency response plans. Conduct regular drills and training exercises. Coordine with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities. Implement measures to mitige risk and enhance security.
Oversee security officers, ensure training and development is up to de, manage incident response, and maintain a safe environment.
Prols and monitoring, access control, investigions, reporting, and documention.
Interdepartmental liaison, pient and visitor interaction, communicion with staff and clients.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualificions:
Authorized to work in the United Stes
Able to pass an extensive screening process
2+ Years in security management.
Must have experience with emergency response.
Must have security management experience.
