We’re looking for a hungry, experienced appointment setter who knows how to turn conversations into booked calls.
This is not an entry-level role. You should already understand how to handle leads, overcome objections, and keep a pipeline moving.
We generate a high volume of inbound leads, and your job is simple:
→ Qualify them
→ Build urgency
→ Book them on the calendar

What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to inbound leads (text, CRM, calls)
Qualifying prospects quickly and efficiently
Handling basic objections and questions
Booking qualified appointments onto our calendar
Following up with leads who didn’t book the first time
Keeping notes and pipeline organized in the CRM
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an appointment setter or similar sales role
Strong communication skills (especially via text and phone)
Ability to control conversations and lead prospects to action
Fast response time and high energy
Self-motivated — no micromanagement
Comfortable working commission-only
Comp Structure
