We are a growing marketing agency specializing in commercial real estate firms across the U.S. We're looking for a motivated, reliable Sales Representative to join our team remotely.
This is a full-cycle phone and video sales role — you will be calling businesses, following up on warm leads, booking your own Zoom meetings, and closing the conversation yourself. You own the entire process from first call to booked meeting. You will have a technical support team available to help you along the way.
Approximately 10 hours per week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to commercial real estate firms and brokers
• Follow up on warm leads generated through our email campaigns
• Book and host your own Zoom discovery calls with interested prospects
• Present our services and guide prospects through the conversation
• Schedule marketing audit appointments
• Log all activity in our CRM (HubSpot)
• Work from provided contact lists — no lead generation required
• Reach out to technical support when you need help — they've got your back

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be available Monday–Friday during standard business hours (MST)
• Comfortable owning the full sales cycle — from cold call to Zoom meeting
• Strong phone and video presence — confident, clear, and professional
• Self-motivated and able to stay on task working independently from home
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using Zoom and CRM tools
• Previous sales, cold calling, or customer service experience is a plus — not required
• Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a working camera for Zoom
• $17/hour
• 100% remote — work from home
• Part-time, start with 10 hours/week
• Immediate start
