We collect real-world task oriented video-footage used to train AI and humanoid robots for some of the biggest technology companies in the world. The Role:
This is a phone sales role. You will be responsible for calling business owners and managers, pitching our partnership program, and closing deals. You are the engine that drives our growth. If you're not comfortable picking up the phone 100+ times a day and asking for the business, this is not the role for you. If you thrive on that, keep reading. This is an easy selling product. We are paying business owners $15 - $30/hr per employee that works for the business to wear a small camera while they do their normal jobs. The footage is used to train AI and humanoid robots. So you are literally getting on calls trying to give business owner money to do jobs they are already doing!
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required — a significant portion of our target partners are Spanish-speaking business owners and you must be able to pitch and close comfortably in both languages.
What You'll Do:
Call business owners and managers in auto repair, construction, warehouse logistics, and landscaping
Pitch our partnership program and close agreements over the phone
Follow up consistently with warm leads until you get a yes or a no
Hit weekly deal targets and track activity in a CRM
Collaborate with the operations team to hand off closed accounts smoothly
Identify new lead sources and industries to expand the pipeline
What We're Looking For:
Sales training or prior sales experience is required — tell us about it in your application
Proven ability to call, handle objections, and close deals on the phone
Confident, persuasive communicator who can build rapport fast
Self-motivated and disciplined — you manage your own time and hit your numbers
Hungry, hardworking, and competitive by nature
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through — leads don't fall through the cracks
CRM or basic sales tools experience is a plus
Thick-skinned and resilient — rejection doesn't slow you down, it fires you up
Compensation:
$25 - $30 hour
Performance bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets
Full-time, 40 hours/week
