Job Responsibilities:
β’ Handle inbound calls from prospective customers (60-80 / day)
β’ Average 2+ sales daily
β’ Successfully complete a one-call close
β’ Identify customer needs and overcome objections to sell vehicle service policies
β’ Educate customers on the benefits and values of vehicle service policies
β’ Document customer interactions in the CRM system

β’ Confidence and resilience
Desired Qualifications:
β’ Basic computer proficiency (ability to adjust settings, split screens, etc.)
β’ Some sales experience is preferred but NOT REQUIRED
β’ Prior call center experience
Individuals with customer experience (servers, bartenders, cashiers, etc.) encouraged to apply!
Bonus Points:
β’ Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) encouraged to apply
β’ Previous experience in call centers or insurance sales is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED
