- What You Will Do
As an Appointment Setter, your primary mission is to knock on doors in targeted Phoenix-area neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to the benefits of solar energy, and schedule qualified consultations for our sales team. You will work within a defined territory using our structured canvassing approach, track your daily activity, and collaborate with the broader team to hit weekly goals. No hard selling is required — your job is to spark interest and book the appointment.
-What We Are Looking For
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. Prior experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or appointment setting (solar, pest control, alarms, cable, roofing, etc.) is a strong advantage, but we are willing to train the right person. The non-negotiables are a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in the field across the Phoenix area. You should be comfortable walking neighborhoods, engaging strangers in conversation, and handling the occasional “no” without losing your momentum.
- Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position. Your earnings are entirely uncapped — the more qualified appointments you set, the more you earn. Top performers in this role earn $1500-$3500 per installed deal, with extra bonuses and incentives along the way. There is no ceiling on what you can make.
