We’re seeking a high-energy, outgoing and Driven Presenter to lead one of our traveling teams. If you have experience with Public Speaking with a focus on Home Improvement or Energy Efficiency, this may be the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of a 3-person traveling sales team (Presenter, Sales Consultant, Install Crew), your primary responsibility is Executing a scripted 1.5 Hour Long Presentation 1-3 Times a day, 4 days a week, following up with attendees to drive appointments for In Home Energy Consultations with a Salesman. While not actively selling, your goal is to answer all questions in the presentation so that the salesman has a firm foundation for a successful sales appointment following You will:
Professionally set up, operate and break down Presentations.
Follow up after presentations to book appointments with prospective buyers
Work with Sales Consultant and Install Crew to manage Consult and Install Schedules.
Book Lodging for your team while on the road.
Use critical thinking to resolve challenges and keep appointments on track
What We’re Looking For
We want competitive, motivated, goal-oriented Presenters who can identify customers needs and offer a solution to get there:
Valid driver’s license
Ability to rent vehicles when traveling to new territories
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated drive, resilience, and sales-focused mindset
Comfortable flying, driving long distances, and being away from home for 3–4 weeks at a time
Schedule
This is a travel-intensive field presenting position with rotating territories across the U.S.:
Presentations: Monday–Thursday at 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM
Appointments: Next-day in-home consultations from early morning to late evening (Mon–Fri)
Occasional weekend appointments
Most weekends spent traveling to the next territory or resting
Typical rotation: 2 weeks on, 1 week off, with occasional 3–4 week stretches
