I’ll start by writing some of my descriptions that are very long winded. Skip through or read what’s relevant to you but I have spent so much time with these I tend to drag on. These are all my personal vehicles with clean / clear titles in hand. I am the director of a multi-franchise dealer group and fortunate to have (2) current model vehicles as dealer demo’s for my wife and I so nothing I own personally gets daily driven. If any of my vehicles are listed on our website or vendor sites, it’s for advertising purposes. If “Sold-by-owner” (me) no taxes or fees will apply to the sale but again for more exposure you may run across an advertisement / consignment on our website.
Every on-road, off-road vehicle, boat/trailer are in exceptional condition. Everything but my trailers are garage kept and have covers, some very expensive custom made covers. I only have a 3 car garage, but I’m fortunate enough to have my folks across the street, good friends / next door neighbors, and another friend with a 40x40 shop who all let me use additional garage space when needed. Additionally, in April-October we rent a place in Happy Jack where we have a 12’X20’ garage.
As much as I love my cars / vehicles, I’ve finally come to realize how much time and energy goes into them and my time would be better spent with my family and my health. I am very meticulous and OCD and keep my garage cleaner than most keep their homes. No surprises, no issues or problems. I consistently rotate any of my vehicles that need anything. I even keep a google doc / log of when I drive / ride / tow anything to keep up with maintenance, history and notate anything needing addressed / upgraded. I’m obviously biased to all my vehicles, but understand some may only appeal to me, or at least what I’m willing to take for them. That said, I’m putting out feelers, not really 100% what anything is worth but I’m flexible but will not consider low-ball offers. I will likely keep a couple vehicles, and I will keep whichever of my trailers doesn’t sell. I’ll add you are more than welcome to have any of my vehicles inspected by your mechanic / inspector. I have files upon files upon files of receipts, photos and details (even repair manuals on some) for all my cars. Sorry for the poor photos, they’re just what I dug up on my phone. All don’t do justice, so I’ll get some nice photos taken over the upcoming weeks. Thanks for looking and feel free to call with any questions. show contact info
o I bought this new a few years ago for my wife and my (at the time) 10 year old daughter. My daughter went from a CR50, to a SSR125 and figured this would be perfect upgrade for her. I had bought my wife a KLX250 but never got ridden as it was too big for her. My hope was the two of them would get into bikes as I am but it just never gets ridden. My wife’s ridden it once and daughter (maybe) ½ a dozen times. It’s in impeccable condition and looks like it did off the showroom floor. It fires right up and runs perfectly. Last service was done about 8 months ago, however less than 1 hour ago as it didn’t get ridden at all last year except for occasionally firing up and riding around the block for some exercise. All maintenance and upgrades were done professionally by Advance Performance, a power-sport shop I’ve used for 15 years. I have all receipts for parts, labor and all records for services, I even have the original paperwork from the dealership when it was bought new. It’s never been abused, crashed or even fallen over mostly ridden up north on low to mid speed trails. It has always been kept either in the garage, or inside the enclosed trailer. This is an immaculate condition KLX with very low hours that needs nothing. You will not find a cleaner and well maintained bike out there. Some of the additions are mentioned below.
o Trail Tech Gauges
Tachometer, Speedometer, Temperature (engine/water/ambient), Odometer, Clock, Ride-Time, Programmable LED lights can be used for turn-signals, trigger temps, high-beam, neutral, low-fuel light (currently set up on WR).
o Complete Street Legal-Kit with factory looking handlebar switch
Horn
Side mirrors
Front turn signals are intergraded into the side mirrors
Rear fender intergraded into smoked LED tail and stop light with built in amber turn signals
Front number plate with Low and High beam (BRIGHT) LED headlight
o Fairly new battery, but always kept on tender
o Cover
o Key switch added for added security as well the ability to switch lights on/off
