As our Construction Project Scheduler, you’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to plan, manage, and maintain schedules for complex construction projects. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to track progress will play a key role in keeping projects on time and on track.

What You’ll Be Doing (but not limited to):
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules from preconstruction through project closeout
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and recovery schedules as needed
• Develops and manages project schedules and narratives based on production and budget information from engineers, project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams.
• Develop and conduct labor analysis
• Assists in baseline scheduling for the bid process by collaborating with estimating and engineering teams to accurately sequence all project work.
• Identifies and reports the impact of performance and delayed work by updating company-approved scheduling and financial reporting programs.
• Evaluates and analyzes production progress, identifying potential risks to the schedule or budget.
• Provides technical expertise to resolve complex production and scheduling issues.
• Delivers project status reports to direct managers and Project Managers for weekly and monthly update meetings. Participates in preparation meetings to ensure all project personnel are fully informed.
• Proficient in generating and maintaining cost and resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor construction progress and update schedules based on actual performance
• Analyze schedule impacts, delays, and changes; provide mitigation and recovery strategies to keep projects on track
• Conduct critical path method analysis and identify schedule risks
• Ensure schedule compliance with contract requirements and owner specifications
• Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates and forecasts
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls
• Proficiency with software such as Bluebeam, Excel, Autodesk or similar tools
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Experience with scheduling and schedule analysis
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience scheduling large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with cost controls and earned value management
• Knowledge of contract scheduling requirements and delay analysis techniques
• Professional certifications such as Planning & Scheduling Professional
