Along with the PowerBlock Straight Bar (1 chrome bar)
When the U-50s are connected to the straight bar they are designed to make a simple 5 pound
increment adjustment at each end to make the actual change on the bar an even plus or minus 10 pounds total.
So you can go quickly from 20 pounds, to 30 pounds, to 40, and so on, all the way up to 115 pounds
(the small chrome adder weights make up the extra 5 pounds)
It's a perfect set up taking up minimal space in your workout room, with 10 second weight changes.
And you can go straight from the barbells back to the dumbbells in seconds. A great setup.
I have the 4 'adder weights' (2 for each handle) that came with the U-50 sets, as well as the decals for the barbell.
Got these for my wife two years ago, but they have barely been used and are in perfect condition.
She always preferred going to the gym and hanging with her Zumba Zombie peeps instead of lifting.
