What You’ll Be Doing
• Service requests (plumbing, electrical, appliances)
• Unit turns and make-readies
• General maintenance and repairs
• Supporting property teams day-to-day
Must-Haves
• Multifamily or Home Repair maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation
• Basic apartment maintenance tools
• Ready and available to work
• Ability to work with urgency and handle work orders efficiently
Basic tools should include:
• Drill
• Screwdrivers
• Channel locks
• Wrenches
• Allen wrenches / 11-in-1
• Basic hand tools needed for apartment maintenance work
This is not an entry-level position for someone with no experience.
We’re selective about who we place on-site because properties depend on techs who can walk in, communicate professionally, work efficiently, and help keep operations moving.
You need to understand basic home repair, know how apartment maintenance works, and be able to move with urgency throughout the day.
If you need constant supervision or can’t stay productive on-site, this probably isn’t the right fit.
