We are a local staffing agency that specializes exclusively in apartment communities.
We do temporary and temp-to-hire placements only, no commercial, no residential houses, no random gigs.
How our model works:
• You start on assignment as a 1099 contractor while temping
• If the property decides to hire you on, you convert to a W-2 employee with the property
• No long-term contracts
• No buyouts
• Final hire decisions are always made by the property
Our goal is simple: place good techs at good properties and let performance speak for itself.
Important – Read Before Applying
This is a staffing role designed for technicians who are ready to work.
Our screening and interview process is typically handled by phone or Zoom, and qualified candidates may be placed on assignment quickly — often next day, and sometimes sooner depending on property needs.
If you are not currently available to start work promptly after screening, this may not be the right fit.
Responsibilities
• Apartment turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, appliances, drywall, paint, and general repairs
• Working efficiently in an occupied community
• Maintaining professionalism, safety, and a strong sense of urgency
If you take pride in your work, show up consistently, and know what you’re doing, this is a solid opportunity.
Pay
• $22–$28/hour
• Based on experience, certifications, and performance
• Weekly pay while temping
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Proven apartment maintenance experience
• Clean background (must pass screening)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to commute to Mesa / Tempe area properties
• Professional, dependable, and responsive
• Ability to begin work promptly once approved

You are expected to have basic maintenance tools. At minimum:
1. Screwdriver set (flat & Phillips)
2. 11-in-1 screwdriver
3. Adjustable wrench
4. Channel-lock / groove-joint pliers
5. Needle-nose pliers
6. Allen wrench set
