We currently support 2,300+ weekly labor hours inside apartment communities and are hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for communities in the Phoenix metro area.
This is a real maintenance supervisor position inside an operating apartment community, not a resume collection ad.

Position Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for an established apartment community.
This role is responsible for supervising technicians, managing work orders, coordinating apartment turns, and maintaining property standards.
This is not a desk-only role.
Supervisors are expected to help troubleshoot repairs and support their team when needed.
Property Environment
Current openings are within established workforce housing apartment communities in West Phoenix and Tempe.
These are active properties with consistent maintenance demand, so supervisors should be comfortable working in older apartment communities where troubleshooting and hands-on leadership are important.
Supervisors who started as maintenance technicians and worked their way into leadership roles tend to perform very well in these environments.
Responsibilities
• Lead and organize the maintenance team
• Assign and monitor daily work orders
• Coordinate apartment turns and unit readiness
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules
• Communicate with property management staff
• Order materials and manage maintenance inventory
• Support emergency maintenance calls when needed
Maintenance Supervisors must be comfortable leading a team while still assisting with repairs when necessary.
Pay
$28 – $30 per hour (based on verified experience)
• Weekly direct deposit
• Temp or Temp-to-Hire opportunity
• Competitive pay based on experience and property size

• Weekly pay while on assignment
• If the property decides to hire permanently, you convert directly to their payroll as a W-2 employee
• No long-term contracts
Final hiring decisions are made by the property.
Requirements
• Previous Apartment Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician experience
• Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance systems
• HVAC certification preferred (EPA)
• Ability to lead technicians and manage work orders
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to commute within the Phoenix metro area
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Background screening required
