AJ Employment Services is currently hiring experienced apartment maintenance technicians for communities throughout the Phoenix area. We are looking for dependable individuals with real multifamily experience who understand the importance of keeping apartment communities safe, clean, and running properly for residents.
Maintenance technicians are a critical part of every apartment community. When something breaks, residents rely on the maintenance team to fix it quickly and professionally. Your work directly affects the quality of life for residents and the overall success of the property.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Completing service requests inside resident apartments
• Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Performing unit turns (preparing vacant apartments for new residents)
• Assisting with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Helping maintain the overall safety, functionality, and appearance of the community
Requirements
• Previous multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience
• Knowledge of basic maintenance: plumbing, electrical, appliances, turns, etc.
• Your own maintenance tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Social Security card / authorization to work
• Ability to pass portions of a background screening
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual preferred
