Location: East Valley & West Valley (willing to travel to either location)
Start Date: June 11, 2026
Pay: Up to $32/hr DOE
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (with potential for more as projects ramp up)
We are currently hiring experienced Concrete/Form Setters for multiple active projects across the Phoenix area. Looking for dependable, skilled individuals ready to get to work immediately.
Scope of Work:
Build and set concrete forms for flatwork and structural concrete projects
Prepare and grade surfaces for concrete placement
Install rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcement materials
Pour, level, and finish concrete for:
Driveways
Sidewalks
Patios
Slabs
Parking areas
Multifamily developments
Commercial flatwork projects
Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and layout measurements
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Assist with site cleanup and material handling
Maintain quality standards and productivity on all projects
Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in carpentry/form setting
Must have own tools and PPE
Ability to read plans and work independently or with a crew
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
