This isnāt your average garage gig. Youāll be the mechanical mastermind behind a fleet that includes everything from sleek executive sedans to beastly charter buses. Cummins ISL engines? Allison B400R transmissions? Youāll tame them all. Every day is a new challenge, and youāll be the hero behind the horsepower.
š ļø What Youāll Be Rockinā:
š© Diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of shuttles, buses, and executive vehicles like a pro
š„ Tackle emissions systems, turbos, HVAC, injectors, and moreāno sweat
š§Ŗ Use cutting-edge diagnostic tools to keep our rides compliant, safe, and road-ready
š”ļø Perform preventive maintenance and inspections that meet FMCSA, UDOT, and UTA standards
š Read work orders like a novel, test your own repairs, and never settle for āgood enoughā
š§¼ Keep your workspace cleaner than a chrome valve cover and safer than a torque wrench in a padded case
š Occasionally hit the road for off-site supportābecause legends donāt just sit still
š§° What You Bring to the Pit Crew:
š ļø 2+ years of diesel tech experience (the more grease under your nails, the better)
ā” Deep knowledge of diagnostics, emissions, injectors, and heavy-duty diesel systems
š 609 Certification and a Class B CDL with Air Brake & Passenger Endorsements (or the drive to get them)
š Familiarity with transit buses and shuttle systems
šŖ Physical strength to lift 75 lbs and the flexibility to work in tight spots
š§° Your own tools and toolbox and the skills to use it like a maestro
Ā š» Tech-savvy mindsetāyouāre not afraid of a laptop next to a lift
ā Clean driving record, drug-free, and at least 23 years old (insurance rules, not ours)
