We have commercial buildings that need to be maintained in central Phoenix. At the moment, I need help with maintaining evaporative coolers and some flat roof repairs. We also need help with the following type of jobs:
Painting
Basic electrical
Basic plumbing
General building maintenance
I am very flexible. Let me know what days and time works best for you. It's a part time job. 3-4 days per week. Having your own basic tools and transportation is required. Pay depends on experience.
