Production Technician- Attic Insulation (Phoenix)

company? Desert Attic Solutions is looking for Production Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship and want to help homeowners make their homes safer, healthier, and more energy efficient. Position will start out part-time with opportunity to be promoted and work full time by the end of the year.
What You’ll Do
Install attic insulation, air sealing, duct encapsulation, and energy-efficiency upgrades
Work safely in attics, crawl spaces, and residential environments
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean job site
Use power tools, ladders, and equipment (training provided)
Work as part of a production crew to complete daily installs
Represent the Desert Attic Solutions brand with professionalism and integrity

What You Bring
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attic environments (high heat)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in construction, HVAC, roofing, or insulation is a plus (not required)
