Key Requirements:
Valid Driver License and reliable transportation
Minimum 4-5 years of verifiable experience in the trade
Strong knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficient in using trade-specific tools and equipment
Solid understanding of job site safety protocols and PPE use
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willing to mentor apprentices when needed
Willing to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work some overtime when needed

Experience: 4- 5+ years in commercial/industrial sheet metal or HVAC field operations, with 5 years in a supervisory
Qualifications: Apprentice:
Experience: Entry Level - 3 years in commercial/industrial sheet metal or HVAC field operations
