ADVANCEMENT FOR CREW LEADERS THAT HAVE WORKED IN THE INDUSTRY
ARC WELDERS must pass weld test at interview - be prepared to take with your own gloves, hood and steel toe boots
must be able to read a tape measure accurately
proficient in finish grinding and cutting with grinder
bi-lingual is a plus
steel construction for 2 years
