Job Title: Finish Carpenter Installer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter Installer to perform high-quality interior and exterior finish carpentry work. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to read plans, and experience installing trim, cabinetry, doors, and other finish elements to exact specifications.
Responsibilities
Install finish carpentry components including trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, windows, cabinetry, stair parts, and built-ins
Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Ensure installations meet quality standards and project requirements
Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other trades
Identify and resolve installation issues or discrepancies
Qualifications
Proven experience as a finish carpenter or trim installer
Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and materials
Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install finish components
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required)
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
Experience in commercial construction
Ability to manage small projects independently
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, or elevated surfaces
