D S P Trucking Inc is actively hiring experienced CDL Class A OTR drivers to join our growing operation. If you’re based in Phoenix, AZ and want steady freight, predictable routes, and weekly home time, this is the job for you.
We run dedicated OTR lanes from Phoenix, AZ to FL, GA, NC & SC with simple, driver-friendly operations.
Schedule & Home Time
7–8 days out
Weekly home time
34-hour reset at home

Driver Responsibilities
Safely transport freight and meet delivery schedules
Perform pre-trip & post-trip inspections
Follow assigned routes and DOT regulations
Maintain accurate logs, mileage, and paperwork
Handle bills of lading and delivery documentation
Update load status using onboard systems
Report vehicle issues, delays, or incidents promptly
Driver Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
Minimum 2 years OTR experience
Clean driving record (no recent serious violations)
Knowledge of DOT & FMCSA regulations
Comfortable with GPS, ELDs, and onboard technology
Ability to drive long distances and manage time effectively
English proficiency (spoken & written)
