✅ DRIVER REQUIREMENTS (MUST MEET ALL)
• HAZMAT endorsement REQUIRED
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years tractor–trailer experience
• Clean MVR (no accidents or major violations within last 3 years)
• No DUI / No SAP
• No criminal background
• Must meet full DOT qualifications
• Must be 21+
⚠️ COMMUNICATION & OPERATIONAL EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for professional drivers with STRONG communication and time management skills.
Driver must:
• Answer calls/texts from Dispatch and maintain communication throughout the route
• Immediately report delays, traffic issues, site congestion, trailer issues, schedule problems, or operational concerns
• Be comfortable contacting ROC and documenting delays when required
• Notify Dispatch immediately so proper notes and support can be added
• Understand trip planning, break management, fuel planning, and time utilization
• Properly manage HOS and make sound operational decisions
• Work as part of a team and communicate proactively — not after problems become emergencies
