TIFLIS is a small, established trucking company hiring professional CDL-A drivers for long-haul dry van work. This position offers steady miles, late-model equipment, and clear expectations. SAP drivers may apply provided all other requirements are met.
Location Disclosure
Company office is based in Naperville, IL. This is an OTR role. Drivers residing in Arizona and neighboring states are welcome to apply.
Compensation
• Mileage-based pay at $0.60 per mile
• $200 weekly bonus for drivers running 3,500+ miles
• Weekly earnings typically range from $1,800 to $2,600
• Average weekly earnings around $2,300 based on mileage
• Layover and breakdown pay of $150 per day
• Detention pay after 2 hours at $25 per hour
• Paid weekly on Wednesdays
Home Time Schedule
• 3 weeks on the road followed by 3 days home
• Flexible time-off requests considered
Trucks & Freight
• 2023–2026 Kenworth and Freightliner equipment
• Automatic transmissions only
• Equipped with APU, fridge, microwave, bunk heater, inverter, premium mattress
• Driver-facing cameras installed per insurance guidelines
• Governed speeds: 68 mph pedal / 70 mph cruise

Requirements
• CDL-A license required
• At least 2 years CDL-A driving experience
