We are a small Oregon-based trucking company dedicated to elevating the industry and restoring respect for professional drivers.
We are currently seeking one honest, humble, and hardworking driver to join our team and grow with us. You do not need to be from OREGON to be working from us, it's trucking, you are on the road and we will get you home.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay per mile
Detention pay: $25/hour after 2 hours at shipper/receiver
Layover pay
Multiple bonus opportunities
Weekly direct deposit every Friday (on-time, every time)
Routes & Equipment
We partner with a larger carrier that utilizes our tractors for dry van only.
Approximately 75% of loads are drop-and-hook.
Primary lanes include OR/WA to ID/UT/CO/AZ and back. Additional states may include NE,MT and occasional CA runs when needed for mileage and ELD planning.
Drivers average 11,000–13,000 legal ELD miles per month—we do not cut corners.
Our fleet consists of 2023+ trucks, and we maintain a no micromanagement, no forced dispatch environment.
Home Time
Home time is flexible and based on your work ethic and goals.
Most drivers prefer 17 days on the road followed by 3 days at home, but we support drivers who want to stay out longer to maximize income.
We do not like to keep our drivers out more than 3 weeks unless they choose otherwise.

Our drivers—experienced professionals from the Northwest and Midwest—are always just a phone call away to help each other. We ask that our potential drivers take a moment and call our current drivers and ask them any questions. You will have the opportunity to speak directly with our current drivers to learn firsthand how we operate.
Minimum Requirements
Honest, humble, and strong work ethic
Valid CDL
Current DOT medical card
Clean driving record (no more than 4 moving violations in the past 36 months, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months)
Able to pass DOT physical and drug test
Minimum 2 years of experience
Safe, clean, responsible, and positive attitude
Easygoing and professional
