Sonoran Ranch Services is a fast-growing waste company hiring experienced rolloff and front-load drivers for full-time local work.
PAY:
• $22–$24 per hour (DOE)
• 45–65 hours per week
• Overtime available and expected
SCHEDULE:
• Start times 4:00–5:00 AM
• Work until route(s) are completed
• Local routes – home daily
JOB DUTIES:
• Operate rolloff and/or front-load trucks
• Customer interaction at service locations
• Handle routes, containers, and equipment independently
• Daily equipment checks and safe operation
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
Must have rolloff and/or front load experience
• Valid CDL Class B or A
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Reliable transportation
• On time, every day
• Strong work ethic — not a job for lazy drivers
• Good customer communication skills
• Able to climb in/out of truck, hand tarp loads, work outdoors in all conditions
• Must pass drug screen & background check
