[Key Responsibilities]
* Move and spot containers/trailers within the yard
* Align trailers precisely with the automated container loading machine
* Collaborate closely with the operator to ensure smooth and safe container loading
* Monitor basic axle weight distribution and ensure compliance (training provided)
* Perform basic safety checks on equipment before operation
* Follow all yard safety procedures and protocols
[Qualifications]
* Container moving experience highly preferred
* Familiarity with axle weight limits or willingness to learn
* Team player with good communication skills
* Training provided for all equipment – experience is a strong advantage
* Bilingual (English & Español )
