Small family owned trucking company looking for a experienced CDL Class A OTR driver. Must have at least 5 years of experience with no more than 1 moving violation. We operate newer trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and we only operate dry van trailers. Also, trucks do come equipped with a fridge, power inverter, diesel or electric APU, and a mattress. With the trucks being newer, we do not allow pets and do expect that the trucks be kept clean. We pay $1,800 weekly at 52 weeks that is a salary of $93,600. This is a 1099 position. Home time is important to us so we offer a consistent schedule of 11 days out and 3 days home. Any special days needed off are no problem as long as you communicate with us in advance. Average miles are 3,200 miles per week. Our loads are mostly arranged in advance so there is no waiting around for a load. We are fast paced so you must be able to keep up and run a full DOT clock daily. You will always be leaving out of Phoenix on Thursdays on our dedicated routes to Jacksonville, FL delivering on Monday. After that we run a few loads in the midwest and Northern region before heading home to arrive back in Phoenix the following Monday making it a 11 day trip.
