We have a great acre near South Mountain with a safe, quiet, and secure spot to park your small RV (nothing over 32ft preferred) or van. Security cameras on site. Open to short term OR long term guest(s) OR just storage. One person rates for monthly stays for back spot is $725 Oct 1 - April 30. Plus metered electric. OR $625 May 1 - Sept 30 for one person Plus metered electric. The electric is a 30 amp hook up. Utilities that are included are water, sewer, trash/recycling, WIFI (can be spotty sometimes due to Mountain), and off street parking for 1 additional vehicle. Signed month to month lease, proof of RV and car insurance, and $625 refundable deposit required for monthly stay (refundable if you clean up after yourself, no damage, and electric is paid). No dogs (indoor cat is ok), no smoking.
Also RV or vehicle storage is available. Rate for just storage depends on the vehicle and length storing.
A weekly stay of more than a week requires a signed agreement, proof of insurance, and small refundable deposit (refundable if you clean up after yourself, no damage, and electric is paid).
