Beware - Costco won't replace defective tire (44st and Oak)

I've been a self employed mechanic for 37 years. I purchased four new tires from Costco in 2019. On my first highway drive I felt a vibration around 65 to 70 MPH. I mentioned this to the tire department and they did nothing. When I came in for balance and rotation they said the tire was just out of balance. The problem didn't go away but it did move from the front to the rear. I complained again and they did nothing. Next time I rotated my tires back to front and the vibration moved to the front end. That was two weeks ago. Yesterday I switched front tires left to right and the vibration moved to the other side. Went to Costco and complained loudly this time and the counterman had me talk to the manager. He looked at the tire and said he couldn't see anything wrong with it. He wanted me to make an appointment for them to remove the tire and inspect it. They did that before and found no problem and I don't want to waste my time with it again. So I'm left purchasing one new tire from Discount Tire for $365 to get rid of this defective tire. I contacted Bridgestone and they said because I purchased from Costco they wouldn't help me with it, that I had to contact Costco to fix the problem. These are great tires but Costco won't do anything about defective tires if they can't see a problem with their eyes.
