Bleche wite worked for years but several years ago the tire manufacturers added a wax oil rubber preservative and now water based cleaners can not clean whitewalls and the brown haze you see on all blackwall tires. 10 years ago I developed a cleaner and sold 14,000 jars to lowriders using certain 13 in whitewalls. It works. If you have a whitewall problem contact me, I will solve it. Coker, Milestar, Cali tires, Travelstar, BF GOODRICH T/A VOGUE , are some of the tires we saved.
