Dog shoes

Hi I have these never used dog shoes/boots. My nephew bought them for a 100 lb yellow lab with very big feet and they were too small, so he gave them to my son who has a smallish border collie and they were too big. So I do not know what size dog these would fit, I’m guess a dog of around 60 lbs with normal dog feet

I’d like to make sure whomever reply’s to this is a person who takes their dog out a lot in the summer and they won’t languish in a closet or draw somewhere for the rest of their life.
