Job responsibilities include A/P processing, Payroll (including certified payroll reports), Multi-state payrolls and sales tax reporting, G/L (including account recon and mgmt reports), and other special project as needed. Minimum requirements for consideration include 2-5 years experience in construction accounting, proficiency with Quickbooks online, intermediate skills in Excel and Word, must be self-directed, detail oriented, team player.
