Our CPA firm seeks an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant who will provide exceptional professional service for our clients. We have been providing financial and tax preparation services in the Phoenix area for 40 years with the single goal of providing the highest level of personalized client service possible. The successful candidate will help us maintain this goal.
The person we are looking for
~ will have a minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant with at least 2 years in a professional office
~ must be able to prepare payroll and sales tax reports, bank reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, a working trial balance and financial statements along with other annual accounting needs for our clients
~ does have a basic understanding in income tax concepts - ability to prepare various entity income tax returns is a plus
~ has a strong understanding of the balance sheet and ability to clean-up client QuickBooks or financial statements prior to tax preparation
~ excels at professional communication skills (both verbal & written), a detail orientated personality and personal itegrity
~ is a self-starter, intuitive individual
If you have strong knowledge in QuickBooks, Excel spreadsheets, payroll tax reports, sales tax reports, Form W2 and 1099 along with strong computer skills, then you are the ONE.
Compensation will be determined on skill level and previous employment. This is a full-time position and available immediately.
