I have checked many ads myself and will start with the info about the park the unit is in.
It always bugged me that it is often left out.
The park is the Lost Dutchman Mobile Home Park. 55 plus.
$875 a month incl water and trash. Just pay power extra.

I have checked out just about every park in Apache Junction.
There are a few main things I want to point out that are different/better than in other parks.

One pays the lot rent monthly. No need to pay a whole year in advance and loosing months worth if you move out/sell prior.

The pool is bigger. Park is gated. Nice dog parks with actual grass.
Just check everything else out on their website. Dogs allowed.
My unit is almost 900sqf.
Newly remodeled by previous owner.
Master bedroom with ensuite 3/4 bathroom. (shower, no tub).
Full bathroom and separate smaller bedroom.
Big open living room / kitchen area.
Backdoor with doggie door leads to full side covered carport ) patio area on concrete slab Sliding door to full side covered deck. Can easily be made into Arizona room.
Long ramp for wheelchair access or your old doggie that has problems with stairs :-)
New and /or newer: oak kitchen cabinets, fridge, washer and dryer, Central AC. Works flawlessly.
Hardwood floor in living room, tile in bathrooms, newer carpet in bedrooms.
Newer water heater.
Entire inside was painted fresh in Jan 2025.
BRAND NEW Roof Feb 2025. Newer siding and paint.
The nicest part is that it has the wide awnings on both sides of the house which keeps the house way cooler. Along with the new roof, your electric won't kill the bank.
Double windows throughout.
See the mountains from either side of the house.
Easily loanable. I have a loan on it myself. Appraised for $48k in Feb 2025. Instant equity at this sale price :-)
