This studio apartment is located near the cross streets of Idaho & Southern, in Apache Junction, within an HOA-controlled track home development on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The apartment is attached to the main residence; yet, it stands as its own dwelling, complete with a private entrance and off-street parking (a driveway for two cars). The apartment shares a full-size laundry in a common hallway, with trash pickup on Tuesdays & Fridays.
The Apartment is a studio-style, meaning it has one open room. Included within the furnished apartment is a (New) private AC/Heat system, a wall mounted flat screen TV (Antenna), private full bathroom, full kitchen, full-size refrigerator, full-size stove, (New) microwave, (New) dishware, (New) flatware, (New) glasses, (New) pans, (New) linens, coffee maker, toaster oven, a small dining table with two chairs, an armoire, a dresser, a queen-size bed, (New) carpet, (New) blinds, fresh paint throughout, Wi-Fi, electric, water. Motion-activated exterior lights and multiple exterior security cameras monitor the entire property for added safety.
The studio apartment is designed for one person and is ideal for a traveling nurse or student. However, I am willing to consider a second person (a couple) for an additional fee (a Second person adds $200.00 per month). Please note that we do not permit any pets or smoking within the apartment.
The monthly rent of $900.00 is an all-inclusive package price (i.e., everything listed above is included). There is NO first or last month's deposit required, and the property will be rented on a month-to-month basis (non-lease), with rent due on or before the 1st of each month. This means you pay $900.00 a month ($1,100.00 for two people) and nothing else for everything! No rent increases ever.
This is our home and neighborhood, where we live and share a close friendship with our neighbors. For this reason, we have a “NO TOLERANCE” policy for drunkenness, drugs, partying, violence, etc.! Our surrounding neighbors also monitor the area with their surveillance camera systems for safety. (A background check will be conducted.) We are seeking ONLY a quiet, mature, hardworking, respectful person(s).
