i want to rent a house in Mesa about 1300 sq. foot three bedroom two bathroom house and a living room. which is close to signal Butte
and Broadway road . Must maintain community rules . cannot have trash out side.cat or dog not allowed. still fixing the house will be ready soon. also have to pay advance about 3000.00 dollar
