Very good to people because I am a good person. Yet I have had all kinds of things happened to my property. Renters have stolen my furniture, trashed the enjoyable parts of my yard , including the beautiful water feature and the hot tub and the built in barbecue grill. I have called the police many times about these efforts.And the police don't want to do anything about it , so I won't be bothering them ever again with it. I am disabled. I do not receive disability or Medicare. It's very hard for me to come up with my own income other than being a landlord. Also , keep in mind that when you're here using me and you are able bodied , it makes you look disgusting to people like me who still try. I don't enjoy getting stepped on. So if you're not paying your rent and you're still staying on my property, using the air conditioner and the water and the trash and all the other free stuff you enjoy here, I take that as a personal insult.
Here's what I have to offer: Full size washer & dryer, big screen TV, 2 air conditioning units, 2 heating units, electric water heater, kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator, and sink. One bedroom, one bathroom. Storage unit in the backyard.
