Homeless burglars broke in and squatted over a few months. For obvious reasons a security deposit is required for anyone living on property but work projects will credit towards rent. An RV, portable or tiny home structure would be ideal. Listed as 700 1br/1ba because bringing a smaller RV here would likely match these specs and the ad requires checking boxes. Other possibilities exist too. Keep in mind everything needs some degree of maintenance. There will always be improvements, long-term upkeep and yard work needed. Most immediate needs are plumbing, then general repairs, carpentry. Solar and electrical projects may be done at some point as well.
Having an array of basic tools strongly preferred. Proper, safe tree trimming experience will be needed at some point so a good chainsaw will come in handy. Lots of gardening space and trees. Thieves took most of the value equipment.
Aiming for a future atmosphere with shared garden/food forest and dependable individuals here long-term. The property is basically under construction and for safety reasons not ideal for children.
