American Standard Reversible Heat Pump TAM7 Air Handler attic equipment is available. Designed for R-410A refrigerant and lays horizontally in the attic. This unit has helped successfully cool a 1,600 square foot single-story home for the last 14 years (2011 install), with no problems until recent coil leak. Has two PVC drain exit ports... one for auto shutoff float switch and one for primary PVC drain line. Emergency drain pan avail as well.

I am listing this unit as "good condition", because although it has a leaky evaporative A-coil presently, all other functionality on this air handler unit has been working great. Works fine in COOL, HEAT, or FAN modes. It has a variable speed blower that quietly and slowly ramps up and also ramps down during its cycle with no problems. Coils are relatively clean should you opt to repair. Blue and green LED lights function properly through the external viewing port. Red LED lights will flash in the event of any error codes that arise. Unit contains both working AFC and EVC circuit boards, for airflow and EEV refrigerant valve control function.
