an older rooftop model GE a/c unit , 3 ton, has a seer rate of 12, also has heat, this unit works fine, it came off a rooftop from the 80's. have stand too. kept it to use in my garage but was too much, it did cool the garage off in 20 seconds thou! reply to ad, i am open to best offers.
