This lighter, which was given to my father,a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff-J-3, during the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962.
He was considered the subject matter expert for all aerial nuclear components in North America.(in service records). This is in excellent condition,never filled with fluid, never used.
